At Planet Caravan Smoke Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, used functional glass or consumable products cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the unused item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the item in its original box with all accessories and protective padding to ensure it arrives back to our facility without damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the item to confirm it is unused and in original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
